2. Visiting this website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (hosttech GmbH, Switzerland) automatically records technical information in server log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website securely and is not combined with other data. It is stored only for a short period for security reasons and then deleted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and your choice

This website does not set any analytics or advertising cookies without your consent. When you first visit, we ask whether you agree to the use of Google Analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) for twelve months so that we do not ask again on every page. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

4. Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click “Accept”, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse how visitors use the website (for example pages visited and time spent). IP addresses are shortened by Google within the EU before storage. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded.

5. Videos (YouTube)

Some artist pages show videos from YouTube (Google). To display the preview images, they are loaded from YouTube’s servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. The video itself is only loaded when you click play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment, Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. External links

This website links to external websites, for example of orchestras, venues, record labels, social networks and file-sharing services for press material. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

7. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us, we use the information you provide only to deal with your request and for any follow-up questions. We do not share it with third parties without your consent.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to have it corrected, deleted or restricted, to object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, simply write to dsham@dshamsession.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland.
